Distilled at MGP in Lawrenceburg, IN, bottled in Pebbroke, KY at 101 Proof. Non chill filtered. Mash Bill 60% Corn, 36% Rye, & 4% Barley Nose: Very inviting with honeyed vanilla, baked apple, almond toffee, mint, clove, and cinnamon candies. Palate: Rich waves of vanilla and caramel surge with baked peach and apple as clove and cinnamon
